Have you tried ebay, Cromwell tools or machine mart?

did not know cromwell tools, looks like they got a size which should be ok.
Only slight problem now, i got impatient and tried my old trick (it have worked plenty of times) of whacking a hex key in the whole i managed to drill.
But now i got the end of a hex key sitting in inside the drilled out bolt.

Not so good as drilling the hex key is going to be hard :(

Sounds like you are trying your best to not get the bolt out ever again!

Yep, or maybe its because i just dont want mudguards on the bike.
Should really have known better than to try with the hex lol
Going to try and grind the hexkey bit out with my dremel, just need to find a small round diamond bit for it.
