Rolls Royce Hucknall-MAC Spring Swapmeet

Rolls Royce Hucknall-MAC will be holding our spring swapmeet on Sunday 17th March 2024.

Traders: Tables are £5 each with setting up access from 9am (Traders that booked our 2023 December Swapmeet could be entitled to free tables due to December cancellation)
Public: Entry is £2 pp and doors open at 10am

Refreshments available, breakfast cobs, Tea & Coffee ect

The swapmeet will take place at Underwood Miners Welfare, Alfreton Road, Nottingham, NG16 5GA.

Directions -: Leave Junction 27 of the M1, take the exit for the A608 (Mansfield Rd) Sign posted Eastwood, Heanor & Underwood, stay on the A608 for 1.4 miles till you get to the T junction, Underwood Miners Welfare is opposite the junction.

Rolls Royce Hucknall-MAC Vintage Flyers

It is intended to be pre 1968 weekend, so dust off all those Tomboys and Junior 60s and give them a flight.

There will be a prize for the best homebuilt model.

There will be a carboot on Sunday morning, aircraft items only.



Directions -: Leave Junction 27 of the M1, take the exit for the A608 (Mansfield Rd) Sign posted Eastwood, Heanor & Underwood, stay on the A608 for 1.4 miles till you get to the T junction, The flying field is first road on left hand side and field 200yds on the right..

Derek Martin Memorial Fly In 2024

RR Hucknall MAC will be holding a three day fly in on the August bank holiday weekend in memory of Derek Martin.

The three day event will take place on Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th & Monday 26th August with camping available at no charge.

This is a free open event and all are welcome, if you would like to fly at the event then you must have proof of BMFA insurance.

There will be a bring & buy taking place so if you would like to attend to sell off some of your unwanted RC items, including swapmeet trade sellers.

Flying will start at 10am all days with pilot briefing at 9:30
